Training
The Purchasing Card training is only available to UC Davis employees and registered affiliates. You will need your UCD login ID and kerberos password to access these online courses.
| Cooperative Extension Employees: |
Note: If you work for one of the cooperative extension units and don't have a UC Davis computing account, please contact your supervisor or account manager.
- A Temporary Affiliate Form (TAF) will need to be completed. This form will grant you access to the UC Davis computing network, which is necessary for accessing the Purchasing Card training.
- After the TAF is approved, contact the DaFIS Help Desk. You will be added to a table that will allow you access to the Purchasing Card training.

Technical Requirements
An e-mail confirmation will also be sent to you after you have completed the training. This e-mail is sent to the e-mail address listed in the campus
directory. Update your e-mail address, if necessary, in order to receive the e-mail confirmation.

- Purchasing Cardholder: Initial - Intended for prospective cardholders involved in the purchasing card program. This training is not intended for Hospital employees (Chart H).
This online course covers: Roles and Responsibilities, Guidelines for Card Use, Appropriate Practices, Recordkeeping, Purchasing Card Application Process, and Bank Dispute Process.

- Purchasing Card Reviewer: Initial - Intended for all reviewers involved in the Purchasing Card program. This class is not intended for Hospital employees (Chart H).
This online course covers: Information on the Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers, Guidelines for Card Use, Appropriate Practices, Recordkeeping, Purchasing Card Application Process, and Bank Dispute Process.
